Rubber bands | Information from A to Z

Rubber bands are also called elastics and are attached to fixed braces by the patient. They come in different sizes and strengths. We instruct the patient on how to use the elastics, which have to be worn at least twelve hours a day but can also be worn for up to 24 hours.
